Matthew Strandberg is a 2025 RHP/3B, OF with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Aurora, CO who attends Grandview. Features a bigger, physical, projectable frame. On the mound he offers a two-pitch mix of fastball and change up. His fastball has arm side run. Overall, it's a balanced easy, downhill operation out of a three-quarter slot. He does a good job locating in all four quadrants. In the outfield he showed the ability to get to balls and make the plays. Throws out of a high three-quarter slot with strength and accuracy. On the infield he has a good set up with a clean glove and proper footwork. He has a good transfer with a quick arm. At the plate he has a medium base with a foot drag load. He keeps his hands high and comes down through the zone. His bat speed is present with gap to gap juice. He is a good student.
