Wyatt Huffman is a 2030 RHP/OF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Little River, SC who attends North Myrtle Beach High. Tall, lean build with long levers and plenty of physical projection remaining. 7.89 runner in the sixty. Primary right-handed pitcher, utilizes a simple operation with a medium leg lift and shorter arm path. Remains synced-up over the rubber with good drive generated downhill. Can open up the front-side early at times. Releases the baseball from a 3/4 slot. Fastball showed arm-side run with good location on both sides of the plate. Topped it out at 76 mph. Mixed in a low-60s curveball with a developing spin profile. Projects for more velocity with additional strength. Secondary outfielder, works through the baseball at a deliberate pace and gets uphill a bit into release. Displayed developing footwork and athleticism with some feel for adjusting the glove. Kept his throws low and online while recording arm strength up to 80 mph from the outfield. Right-handed batter, starts in a wide stance with a high back elbow and present uphill launch. Utilizes a toe-tap trigger for timing and gets his front foot down late on occasion. Produced line drives to the opposite field during batting practice. Has some strength in the barrel with more to project on over time. Posted an exit velocity of 81 mph.
