2023 National Underclass Showcase-Main Event
Aiden Helms is a 2025 3B/RHP/1B with a lean 6-3 185 lb. frame from Locust Grove, GA who attends Locust Grove HS. Started off the event clocking a 7.82 60-yard dash. Helms is a primary infielder that pitches as well. During his BP round he showed the ability to barrel up the baseball. Employed a pull approach from a wider spread out stance. There is a minor hitch in the load, but got his hands in a good hitting position before firing to contact. Helms profiles at a corner infield position. He demonstrated he could make all the required plays and throws across the diamond. The arm strength is developing currently.
