2021 Puerto Rico Workout Showcase
Christopher Rivera is a 2023 IF/ with a 5-3 142 lb. frame from Yabucoa, PR who attends IBAHS. Smaller frame with proportioned limbs and loads of room to add bulk. Ran an 8.26 in the sixty yard dash. A primary short stop, solid footwork in the approach with a quick first step. Two handed funnel with a lower and pretty quick release. Very good accuracy across the diamond. Tools fit perfectly at second base currently. A right-handed hitter, starts upright with an even and slightly open with the base. Big leg lift trigger and stays compact with his hands to the body. Flat stroke and a little whip through contact and was pretty accurate hitting balls to the pull side. Very good student.
