Zack Nightingale is a 2027 OF/1B/3B with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Ramona, CA who attends Ramona. Features a athletic build with some lean strength. Ran a 7.34 60-yd dash. In the OF, showed quality actions. A bit relaxed in the initial approach but gets set into good posture working low to the ground with an out front glove where he fielded most clean. Works to release quick. Created momentum into throws where he used a medium AA that got off downhill accurate throws with avg. strength for his level. At the plate, operates from an even base and uses a simple move into launch. Quick and tight turns of the barrel on a clean path with some out front length. Maintains balance but at times got stuck on his backside. Stays in the ground and creates leverage in the swing. Flashes of above avg. bat/hand speed for his level. Drove a couple deep to the pull side during his round showing some loft/impact.
