Christopher Oommen is a 2026 LHP/1B with a 5-7 122 lb. frame from Sparta, NJ who attends Sparta. Young, athletic frame with tons of physical projection remaining as he continues to add strength. 8.42-second runner during the sixty. Primary left-handed pitcher, full wind-up with a coiled leg-lift at the balance point. Repeats his operation well with his loose, easy arm stroke. Filled up the zone extremely well with an intriguing three-pitch mix. Worked efficiently throughout his three innings of work. Fastball worked in the 65-67 mph range, working both sides of the plate for strikes. Slurvey breaking ball that flashed some horizontal and vertical tilt. Change-up shows some fading action and will continue to improve as he adds strength. Left-handed hitter, upright, narrow stance with a high-hand set. Had a tendency to wrap his hands, causing his swing plane to get elongated through the zone. Showed flashed of line-drive impact to the pull side when he got the barrel out.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
