Fabian Rasec Alicea Lugo is a 2026 RHP/1B/3B with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from San German, PR who attends Albergue Olímpico Baseball Academy. Lean young build. Works from the stretch with a medium leg raise start, long hooked arm action in back coming to a 3/4's arm slot. Primary fastball pitcher, topped out at 75 mph, mostly straight, did a nice job of throwing his fastball for strikes and challenging hitters. Flashed soft spinning curveball in the mid-60's with 11/5 shape for strikes. Good student.
