Jake Canales is a 2025 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Corinth, TX who attends Denton Guyer. Solid athletic build with good present strength. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with some rhythm into his load, gets the barrel on plane early and has good extension through contact, has the strength to create some bat speed and jump off the barrel, gets into his lower half well, has the tools to continue to develop as a hitter. 7.63 runner in the sixty. Has soft hands defensively at third base, solid overall fundamentals and stays balanced well, will make the routine play and get outs, some carry on his throws across. Good student.
