Jordan Alvarez is a 2026 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B, MIF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Huntington Beach, CA who attends Edison. Smaller compact frame. Athletic mover on the mound with clean drop and drive mechanics and a clean arm action.Three-quarter slot and a really well connected delivery. He's small but it's pretty pure on the mound. Fastball into the low 80's with burst, located it all over the zone working north to south. Sweeping breaking ball with high speed and consistent shape/depth. Really has a feel to pitch, mix speeds and change eye levels. Projectable stuff if he grows some. In the infield, he shows fundamental footwork with clean glove actions. Efficient laterally when creating angles and funnels well up the middle. Decent strength and solid accuracy across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, medium base, low hand set and low back elbow. Works direct to impact with good snap to the barrel through the hitting zone. Quick hands with solid barrel skills. Line drive oriented approach. 7.37 60-yard. Good Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
