Daymon Scherreiks is a 2027 3B/RHP/OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Port Saint Lucie, FL who attends Port St. Lucie. Started with a 7.61 in the 60-yard dash. Showed good "stuff" on the mound, flashing a diverse pitch mix and pitching at a fast tempo. Has a lanky frame with room for projection. Firm fastball clocked in at 83 mph. Featured fast arm speed, consistent mechanics, a high release point, and a short arm path. Lifted front leg minimally and dropped in a front door curveball for strikes. Showed a strong arm in the infield too, throwing 82 mph across the diamond. Solid footwork and consistent accuracy. Had a twitchy swing at the plate with lots of intent. Impacted hard with level barrel when he connected. Hit an opposite-field missile in the game that ricocheted off the top of the wall. Good student.
