Charles "Fletcher" Warner is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 5-9 135 lb. frame from Severna Park, MD who attends Severn. Medium frame with lean current build and present wiry strength and a lot of time to add more mass. Ran the 60 yard dash in a solid 7.07 seconds. Primary position OF, moving well on his feet and getting to the ball with understanding for angles and mechanics. Glove work would get a little late but working through a clean transfer setting him up for feeds with a very compact arm path. Throws up to 76 mph back to the infield with good accuracy. Secondary RHP, working from the stretch only from the middle of the rubber. Comes set in legs with hands at the chest before using quick leg lift and deep inline arm path to get to release. High 3/4 arm angle and directional operation down the slope allowing him to fill up the strike zone and work quickly. FB up to 77 mph with some life to the arm side. CB with mostly vertical shape in the mid-60s and later depth. Showed competitive edge and plenty of time to refine his comprehensive skill set. Elite performer in the class room as well.
