LATEST PG SHOWCASE REPORT
2022 National Indoor Showcase (Saturday)
Ian Campbell is a 2026 RHP/C with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Arnold, MO who attends Fox. Young athletic build with a high waist and long limbs, lots of physical projection. Has a easy and low effort delivery with good directional mechanics to the plate. Nice arm strength for his age, worked in the upper 70's with his fastball and topped out at 79 mph, gets big run and sink on his fastball frequently. Still developing feel for his curveball, tends to slow his arm significantly, has some 11/5 depth. 7.86 runner in the sixty. Plays catcher when not on the mound, has an athletic set up behind the plate, comes out of his crouch well, repeats his footwork well for his age, lower release slot but has good carry on his throws. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a simple hand and foot load, limited overall shift and lower half use, short line drive swing. Good athlete who should keep improving in all areas with strength and repetition.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
