Easton Larocco is a 2028 C/2B, 3B, SS, OF with a 5-8 135 lb. frame from Bonita Springs, FL who attends Canterbury. Medium current frame with wiry strength and plenty of time to grow and add overall physicality. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.59 seconds. Primary position catcher, working from a standard setup and showing good dexterity and quickness. Good glove work with accurate work and quick transfer to release. A bit upright in transition leading to high release with solid arm strength up to 70 mph and pop-time best 2.00 with accuracy. Reps on the infield as well playing low and showing some feel for the spot. Fundamentally sound with feeds up to 77 mph across the diamond. RHH working from an even stance, front side turned inward pre-pitch with a bit of barrel tilt to get going. Some length to the swing with emerging strength in hands to impact the ball. Lots of opposite field contact and best bolts were in the pull side gap. Foundation is there and power will come with time. Outstanding student as well.
