Blake Hollrah is a 2027 C/RHP/CIF with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Saint Charles, MO who attends Orchard Farm Sr. Works from a longer, high-waisted frame with room to add strength as he continues to physically mature. Primary catcher, starts in a wider squared stance. Reaches for the ball at times and gains some ground on the transfer. Works into a shorter arm stroke and gets uphill a bit on the throws. Kept them around the bag. Recorded arm strength up to 69 mph with a pop time of 2.20 sec. Secondary right-handed pitcher, utilizes a quick-paced operation and side-steps into a just above belt-high leg lift. Deeper arm action through the back that works into a pushy arm stroke and high three-quarters release. Works down the slope well. Fastball showed cut and topped out at 72 mph. Curveball has 12-6 shape to it with side spin. Flashed a changeup that killed some spin and showed late depth. Projects for more velocity with added strength. Right-handed hitter, starts in a slightly open stance with a high back elbow and high hand set-up. Utilizes a lift and replace trigger for timing. Works into an uphill bat path, creating loud impact to the middle of the field when timed up. Drifts to his front-side at times. Has some present bat speed. Recorded an exit velocity of 82 mph. Ran a 7.40 sixty-yard dash. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
