Dominic Rosa is a 2026 3B/RHP/C with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Varna, IL who attends Midland. A taller frame with a lean build and slender look throughout. Projectable frame. Ran a 7.33 60-yard dash. Primary corner infielder with footwork working directly to the baseball with the ability to take efficient angles on the approach. He gets on top of the ball on his throws. Had a shorter arm action and is quick to get rid of the ball. Threw 80 mph across the diamond. A right-handed hitter with an upright stance, showing the hands set high and back elbow up. He makes an inside move to contact with a hanging leg lift trigger. He showed the ability to backspin the ball at times. Worked gap-to-gap with his swings for the most part during the round of BP. Added a base hit in-game as well. A primary right-handed pitcher who was able to piece together a good outing. He had a mid-chest leg lift with a shorter arm action and a higher three-quarters arm slot. The fastball was controlled well, working up to 81 mph. He established the glove side part of the zone early and threw strikes. H also showed an upper-60s curveball with a bigger 11-5 shape to it. He threw 3 scoreless innings, striking out 3 opposing hitters along the way. Great student.
