2025 PG Miami Prospect Showcase
Abraham Sigler is a 2029 OF/RHP/IF with a 6-1 199 lb. frame from Miami, FL. Big and physical build with very good strength for his age. Left handed hitter, sets up in an exaggerated high hand load with a big leg lift timer, lots of elements to time up, looked to create separation and impact to the pull side, flashed the ability to lift the ball when he got on time. 7.20 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, developing foot work and routes to the ball, throws off a firm front side, has some young arm strength to further develop. Also worked out as a corner infielder on both sides. Arm strength is his best present defensive tool. Took a turn on the mound, works from the stretch with simple drop and drive lower half mechanics, shorter arm action with some extension down the mound. Fastball was in the mid-70's with some running life that missed barrels, topped out at 78 mph with more velocity there. Still developing feel for spinning the ball. Excellent student.
