Brayden Schwantz is a 2029 RHP/OF with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Daniel Island, SC who attends Undecided. Nice athletic build for his age with good length and plenty of strength potential. Works from a short side step wind up with a big hip turn over the rubber, gets on line well and his arm is well timed up from a high 3/4's arm slot, repeats his simple mechanics well. Fastball topped out at 81 mph and came out of his hand well, lots of velocity projection here. Curveball was a good pitch with tight spin, full arm speed and some 11/5 depth. Also working on a change up. Good young arm that is very projectable. Worked out in the outfield when not on the mound. Right handed hitter, sets up in a wide base with a deep hand load, longer swing with some bat speed, hits mostly mid field to opposite field.
