Adrian Valdez is a 2027 OF/RHP/IF with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Weatherford, TX who attends Weatherford. Lean, athletic build for age. Ran a 7.82 in the sixty. Showed well in outfield and infield drills. Accurate arm with subtle carry to the bag. Longer arm slot. Works through it well with good intent. Quick arm on the dirt, developing hand-eye at points but footwork and arm stood out. Also pitched, works down the hill well from a higher three-quarter slot and quicker arm. Dropped in a 12-6 breaking ball for strikes. Competed and filled the zone. Right-handed hitter, upright stance and narrow base. Creates late separation and controls levers well. Stays compact and worked best to the pull side with a bit of impact strength at contact.
