Brayden Davies is a 2029 C/1B, 3B with a 5-8 125 lb. frame from Arvada, CO who attends . Compact, lean frame with plenty of time and room to physically mature. Recorded a 8.02 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary catcher that received a lower, side-saddled stance with softness to his hands and developing footwork. Upward movements into release, shorter arm path and accurate throws to the bag. Recorded arm strength up to 60 mph during drills and will continue to improve with proper footwork refinement and additional arm strength. Right-handed hitter that hits from a narrow base with a high hand set, high back elbow and toe-tap trigger. Simple, repeatable stroke with some looseness to his hands and solid feel for the barrel. Middle-of-the field approach with consistent contact, will continue to expand overall hit tool and power potential with additional strength. Excellent Student.
