2025 PG High School All State Select Championship (28-29 Grads)
MJ Prisco is a 2029 OF/RHP/IF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Bradenton, FL who attends Palmetto. Medium athletic build with the beginnings of some present strength. Left handed hitter, sets up in an upright stance with a high hand load and a low leg raise timer, has loose hands and creates some bat speed and barrel whip, gets the barrel out on time for solid pull side contact, created some carry to the right center field gap, very projectable hitting tools. Primary outfielder on defense, still developing his actions to and through the ball but has athleticism, arm is long and loose with good present carry and more to come. Also pitched, works from a full wind up from the first base side of the rubber, belt high leg raise with some coil over the rubber, deep arm path to a low 3/4's arm slot. Fastball was mostly in the upper 70's and topped out at 81 mph, kept the ball low consistently, fastball was mostly straight. Added and subtracted from his breaking ball, higher velocities had better spin and biting action. Good student. Named to the PG High School All-State Select Championship Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
