Jack Talarico is a 2027 SS/IF/OF with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Austin, TX who attends St. Stephen's Episcopal. Lean high waisted athletic build with some wiry present strength and more to come. Left handed hitter, sets up in a straight stance with a inward toe tap timer and short stride into his swing, gets his barrel on plane and into the zone on time, high contact middle of the field approach that worked well in the games, projects well as a hitter. Primary shortstop on defense who profiles best as a second baseman moving forward, has sound fundamental lower half actions, moves to the ball well, throws from a higher arm slot with developing arm strength. Did not run the sixty but ran a 7.15 at a PG event this summer. Exceptional student. Named to the PG National Underclass Showcase-Main Event Presented by GEICO Top Prospect List.
