Frank Knowles is a 2029 OF/RHP/MIF with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Johns Creek, GA who attends Greater Atlanta Christian School. Lean athletic build with plenty of room and time to get stronger. 7.10 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has athletic actions to the ball, big crow hop into his throws, throws from an over the top arm slot with some carry on his throws, nice game throws. Also worked out in the infield but is an outfielder moving forward. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a high and still hand load, simple rotational swing that could use some rhythm, needs to let the barrel go and worry less about his mechanics. Took a turn on the mound, works from the stretch from the first base side, compact arm stroke to a low 3/4's arm slot, rotational delivery. Fastball topped out at 81 mph with some run and sink. Threw a straight change for his secondary pitch, threw strikes with both pitches and got quick outs. Very good student.
