2022 PG Softball Oklahoma City Scouting Combine
Ellie Bedsworth is a 2023 3B, who is about 5-10 from Auxvasse, MO and attends North Callaway HS. Ellie is an excellent student in the classroom, maintaining a 4.05 GPA, but aside from her grades, her athleticism on the field and her power numbers she brings offensively were fun to watch. Offensively she does a great job with her barrel control, consistent ball flight and pure raw power. When Ellie maintains balance throughout her legs she is a force to be reconned with offensively, and the ball jumps off the bat at excessive speed. Defensively she portrayed a very strong arm, her highest overhand throwing velocity was tracked at 60mph and did a great job utilizing her lower half to generate speed. Playing a good third base Ellie had a strong back hand and quick first step to the ball while playing the corner. Ellie has the ability to play at the next level and as she continues to get stronger she will be a great addition to a team needing a great bat. Look forward to what the future holds for this athlete.
