Nathan Taczy is a 2027 1B/C, OF with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Leesburg, GA who attends Lee County. Large, athletic frame with square shoulders and long limbs, lean build with room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.26 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman, moves well to the ball and attacks with intent in actions, shorter arm action through the backside, arm works, plays under control, strength and carry on throws will continue to develop, makes accurate throws. Right-handed hitter, begins with a slightly open stance and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate. Handsy swing and can get additional lower half incorporated, full swing path through the zone and looks to create lift at the point of contact. Utilizes a short leg lift trigger at start of swing, keeps weight on backside throughout, full finish through point of contact.
