Jesus Fernandez is a 2030 2B/RHP/IF with a 5-1 104 lb. frame from Hialeah, FL who attends City Of Hialeah Education Academy. Fernandez works from a young build with plenty of time to physically mature as a '30 grad. Working as a primary IF, showcased refining mechanics with a full arm action to touch 57 mph across the diamond. Fernandez displayed controlled movements both from the IF and on the mound, where he topped 58 mph from an over the top slot. Should see arm strength increase as strength is added to the frame. Offensively, the righty started from an even base with a high hand set and high back elbow, producing consistent contact back up the middle of the field. He controlled the barrel well and repeated a contact oriented approach successfully. Posted an exit velo of 57 mph. Ran a 9.93 sixty yard dash.
