Brian Badalamenti is a 2027 C/1B with a 5-9 190 lb. frame from Staten Island, NY who attends Moore Catholic. Broad shouldered strong build. 8.15 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, sets up side saddle, has some quickness out of his crouch, compact arm action with some arm strength, gets out front throwing well, makes accurate throws. Also worked out at first base. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open spread stance, limited lower half shift, rotational upper body swing, early high release on the bat, has some strength when everything comes together and gets the ball in the air consistently. Excellent student. Named to the Mid-Atlantic High School All-State Games Top Prospect List.
