Nicolas Nyasende is a 2024 OF/LHP with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Bloomington, MN who attends Jefferson. Smaller athletic frame with room to add weight and muscle. Offensively starts in a wide, spread out stance with weight loaded to the back side. Minimal hand load before firing. Shows a compact swing path. When on time and got his front down, he produced a few line drives up the middle. Defensively in the outfield he moves through the baseball well and shows the proper foot/glove mechanics. Throws to the bases were firm and online out of a side arm slot with a longer arm action. Ball tends to tail on him at times. On the mound he comes out of s 3/4 arm slot. A strikes thrower that could benefit from using his lower half better. Clocked a 6.7 60-yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
