Ryan Grivett is a 2027 3B/RHP with a 5-8 180 lb. frame from Mission Viejo, CA who will attend Mission Viejo high school in the fall. Features a strong, durable build with strength in the lower half. A primary infielder, Grivett proved to be one of the top prospects in the event. Shows advanced, athletic actions on the dirt where he proved he can make all the plays and throws. Moves well laterally, can throw on the run and demonstrated he had one of the strongest arms out of his peers. There is projectability on the mound as well where he was one of the top pitchers in the event. Features a 3-pitch mix (FB, CB, CH) and works exclusively out of the stretch. Shows fundamentally sound mechanics with an athletic delivery out of a 3/4 slot. Struck out two in his first inning of work. The fastball had good zip that hitters could not catch up to. Used his secondaries to induce weak contact. Collected 5 strikeouts in 3 innings of work. Good looking player.
