Alex Ho is a 2028 RHP/IF/C with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Missouri City, TX who attends Divine Savior Academy. Medium young build. Works from a full wind up on the mound with a big hand drop start, has some rhythm to his delivery, mid 3/4's arm slot with good extension out front. Fastball was in the upper 60's and topped out at 70 mph, gets nice running life and is thrown for strikes. Still developing consistency with his curveball but fastball and arm action show promise for a 13 year old. Right handed hitter, sets up in a straight stance with a short stride into contact, raises up through his swing with an uphill swing path, upper body swing, early hand release, mostly opposite field contact. 9.16 runner in the sixty. Worked out both in the infield and behind the plate on defense, arm worked much better on the mound than in the field, probably best suited for first base at present. Excellent student.
