Jeter Andrews is a 2026 LHP/OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Wallingford, CT who attends Choate Rosemary Hall. Medium athletic build with some present strength and room for more. Primary left handed pitcher with two-way tools and potential. Throws from a side step/leg raise delivery with a closed front side landing and a low 3/4's slinging arm slot that creates a crossfire angle to the plate. Fastball sat in the mid-80's for the most part but ramped it up to 86-88 mph in his third inning, gets natural cutting action on the pitch, really filed up the zone nicely with the fastball. Flashed a slider that was sharp and over matched left handed hitters with it. Only showed a change up in warm ups. Very effective performance. 6.80 runner in the sixty. Comes through the ball well in the outfield, makes low on-line throws from the outfield with good carry and some effort. Left handed hitter, hits from a hanging load timer and can get late with his foot at times, shows present bat speed and pull power, can improve as a hitter with more consistent timing but the tools are there. Good student. Named to the National Underclass Main Event Showcase Top Prospect List.
