Tristan Lewis is a 2027 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-4 205 lb. frame from USAF Academy, CO, who attends Discovery Canyon. A bigger frame and build with some strength and physicality throughout. Ran a 7.71 60-yard dash. Primary corner infielder who worked out at shortstop and at first base. He showed fundamental footwork at shortstop with a feel for the lateral actions. He gets around the baseball well with softer hands to make all of the plays. He moved well with smooth transfers and a longer arm action across, throwing 79 mph during his round with some strength. He had some energy and pace to his actions as well. At first base, he fielded the ball out in front with clean glove actions and made the double-play turn well on feeds to second. He had a solid arm action with some strength across, throwing 82 mph across the diamond. He was aggressive working to the ball and had a clue for the actions. A right-handed hitter with a spread base, higher-set hands, a high back elbow, and quick hands working through it. He used load-stride timing in the lower half to be on time, and the compact path allowed him to take his hands to the baseball well. He had some barrel control with developing bat speed, and he repeated the swing well. He showed some strength working gap-to-gap during his round of swings and was able to leave the yard during the round. Strength to do damage showed during BP. Good student. Named to 2024 Rocky Mountain Workout Showcase TP List.
