Isaac Miller is a 2029 SS/3B/RHP with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Louisville, KY who attends Trinity. Lean young high waisted build. 7.81 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, moves well laterally, gets his glove down early and fields the ball cleanly out front, changes his arm slot well with some arm strength and carry, nice overall defensive actions for his age. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow base with a low hand start, some lower half coil but primarily a hands drive swing, stays short to the ball with a line drive swing plane, high contact swing approach that found plenty of barrels, can learn to use that lower half better for more bat speed. Took a turn on the mound, works from a full wind up with good coil over the rubber, deep arm takeaway to a low 3/4's arm slot, has some extension out front. Fastball topped out at 77 mph with some run and sink, mixed in a nice slider with some lateness and 10/4 shape, change up had some tumble to it. Mixed his pitches well and threw strikes, has potential as a pitcher. Excellent student.
