Skylar Stringer is a 2027 1B/RHP/3B with a 6-4 175 lb. frame from Eubank, KY who attends Pulaski County. Tall and slender athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. Left handed hitter, sets up in a medium straight stance with a short stride into contact, stays behind the ball well with smooth hand actions, controls his long levers well, projects well with the bat as he gets stronger especially with his power potential. 7.54 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, has step by step actions and developing footwork, made accurate throws, fielded the ball cleanly. Took a turn on the mound, works from a side step wind up with a long and loose arm action in back and a high 3/4's arm slot, high leg raise, short stride out front with a tall release. Fastball was mostly in the upper 70's and topped out at 81 mph, located mostly up in the zone. Also threw a short slider. Good student.
