Jack Dunbabin is a 2027 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Hoboken, NJ who attends St. Peter's Prep. Medium, compact build with present athleticism and plenty of projection remaining. Primary shortstop, stayed light on the feet while working through the baseball. Showcased projectable glove actions with lateral range and a good internal clock. Separates into a shorter arm path and releases the ball from a three-quarters slot. Has the ability to adjust on the run. Delivered accurate throws while recording arm strength up to 77 mph across the diamond. Secondary right-handed pitcher, utilizes a full wind-up delivery from the first-base side of the rubber. Breaks the hands at the chest as he side-steps into just above belt-high leg lift. Separates into a shorter arm path and releases the ball from a low three-quarters slot. Keeps the operation simple and works at a deliberate pace. Begins his acceleration a bit late while opening up the front shoulder a tad early. Has some present quickness in the shoulder. Fastball showed occasional cut, ultimately peaking at 78 mph. Mixed in a more traditional 12-6 curveball with a bit of depth when ahead in counts. Right-handed hitter, starts in a narrow, open base. Utilizes a big leg lift trigger for timing before working into a direct bat path. Showcased developing bat speed and strength in the barrel. Finds it pretty consistently and has the ability to work all fields. Posted an exit velocity of 75 mph. Ran a 7.04 sixty-yard dash. Excellent student.
