Will Blueter is a 2028 C/RHP, SS with a 5-10 135 lb. frame from Sagamore Hills, OH who attends Walsh Jesuit. Tall, athletic build with room to continue adding physicality. 7.80 runner in the sixty-yard dash. Right-handed hitter, even base with high hands and a high back elbow in the stance, got the barrel out front consistently, creating loft to the pull-side. Keeps the hands inside the ball nicely and it comes off the barrel well for the age. Primary catcher, higher staggered feet setup behind the dish, solid footwork getting out of the crouch, quick transfer and a compact arm action, has a good arm with carry to the bag, recorded throws up to 68 mph and a pop-time of 2.08. Secondary right-handed pitcher, full windup delivery, small side step to a short leg lift, inline arm path, gets down the mound well. Obvious arm talent and fastball has good life and spin numbers, ran it up to 78 mph (2508 RPM). Mixed in a short slider in the low-70s (2598 RPM). Also worked out in the infield, good mover showing athletic actions getting to the ball, soft hands and trusts the glove, clean transfer with great arm strength for the age across the diamond. Recorded throws up to 78 mph. Named to 2023 14u Main Event Showcase Top Prospect List.
