2023 Sunshine Rocky Mountain Showcase (Tues/Wed)
Hudson Fagerholt is a 2026 SS/RHP/C with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Highlands Ranch, CO who attends Thunder Ridge. Fagerholt was impressive from multiple defensive spots over the course of the event, starting from the IF where he displayed solid buildup footwork with present lateral range while controlling the body movements well. He produced accurate throws across the diamond up to 78 mph. From behind the plate, Fagerholt effectively gained ground towards second base with plenty of bounce out of the set, posting a 1.98 pop time. On the offensive end, the left handed hitter started from a slightly open stance with a high hand set flashing intent to create impact to the opposite field. There was some inside out to the approach with further room to get the barrel extended. Posted an exit velo of 77 mph. Ran a 7.94 sixty yard dash. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
