Toby Conger is a 2026 RHP/2B with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Walton High School. Features a medium build with strength present. Right-handed pitcher. Showcases a medium arm swing into a 3/4 slot release. Can repeat sound mechanics consistently. Fastball got up to 73 mph and was paired with a developing low-60’s breaking ball. Can throw both for strikes, resulting in efficient innings. Worked out on the infield. Range profiles best for a corner spot. Still developing confident actions to and through the catchpoint. Reached 73 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a narrow base stance with a high hand setup. Swings on a flatter path. Will lose barrel plane at times. Add strength would allow for more consistent contact. Ran an 8.61 60-yard dash. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
