Michael Crafa is a 2026 RHP/1B/3B with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Smithtown, NY who attends Hauppauge. Medium build with some present strength. Works from a full wind up from the middle of the rubber, high 3/4's arm slot from a deep arm takeaway in back, pretty easy mechanics that he repeats well. Fastball topped out at 78 mph with some sink down low and cutting action glove side. Tends to shorten his arm stroke on his secondary pitches, throws a short slurve type breaking ball with some tilt on it, change up has good life in both directions. Strike thrower with all pitches. Right handed hitter, starts from a slightly open stance with a hanging leg raise trigger, busy hand load, can simplify his mechanics for more consistency but shows good extension through the ball and some bat speed to continue to develop when he's on time.
