James Radabaugh is a 2027 1B/LHP, OF with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Eau Claire, WI who attends Memorial. A taller frame with a slender build. Room to keep filling out the frame moving forward. Ran a 7.53 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman who fields it with two hands up the middle of his frame with a longer arm action through release. Threw 70 mph during his round. Clean feeds with accuracy. Good feeds to second. He also worked out as an outfielder, fielding it off the front foot as he worked into it. He showed a shorter arm action, throwing 73 mph from the outfield. A left-handed hitter with an even base, higher-set hands, and a high-back elbow. He loads deeper and then works directly to the ball. He has a spread stance and uses a leg lift trigger to get on time as he works through the zone. His best contact came working to the pull-side, producing some carry on his swings. He worked gap-to-gap throughout the round. He showed some bat speed and drove it well overall. Produced an 82 mph exit velocity during PG Tech testing. Also took to the mound as a left-handed pitcher. He sidesteps into a leg lift slightly above the belt. He threw from a higher three-quarters arm slot. Threw the fastball for strikes and competed in the zone. Showed some cut to the fastball on occasion. He showed a 12/6-shaped curveball with some depth to it. Mixed in the curveball to keep hitters off balance. He threw strikes and competed. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
