Sebastián Quiles is a 2027 RHP/3B with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Toa Baja, PR who attends Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy. Medium athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. Works from a side step delivery with a high and flexible leg raise over the rubber, full arm stroke with a straight over the top arm slot, tends to land a bit open on his front side, athletic overall delivery that he repeats well. Fastball sat in the upper 80's with more velocity there as he matures, gets very good ride and carry up in the zone and nice angle down in the zone, 20+" of IVB at times. Slider was was short and sharp at times and thrown for strikes. Good student.
