Eli Allen is a 2028 RHP/C with a projectable 6-4 175 lb. frame from Port Townsend, WA who attends Quilcene HS. Started off the event clocking a 8.33 60-yard dash. A primary pitcher, secondary infielder. 3-pitch mix that includes fastball, curveball and changeup. Throwing out of a three-quarter arm slot, Allen establishes the fastball early and has feel for the breaking ball, landing it efficiently with late depth. Mechanically sound, up-tempo operation with feel for the zone. Secondary outfielder, fundamentally sound footwork while fielding out front and working through the baseball to the target. Throws stayed on line with developing arm strength with more to come. Even, square stance at the plate with a leg lift trigger. Compact swing with a level bat path and developing barrel control.
