Dylan Fetty is a 2027 C/RHP with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Valley Center, KS who attends Valley Center. Medium build with well-proportioned strength present. Primary catcher, sets up in a side-saddled stance and stands up out of the crouch. Gains a bit of ground before separating into a shorter arm path. Showcased developing quickness in the lower-half and shoulder. Kept his throws around the bag while recording arm strength up to 71 mph with a pop time of 2.13 sec. Secondary right-handed pitcher, works from a full wind-up delivery with a belt-high leg lift. Separates into an inline arm path before releasing the baseball from a three-quarters slot. Attempts to generate power downhill. Fastball was pretty straight with natural sink, ultimately peaking at 78 mph. Showed developing feel for his 12-6 curveball with spin up to 2028 rpm. Right-handed hitter, starts in an even stance with a low hand set-up. Utilizes a quick leg lift trigger for timing before working into a short, level stroke. Takes a direct path to the baseball with limited extension created through the zone. Rotational swing mechanics with developing bat speed and barrel consistency. Projects for more power with additional strength and mechanical refinement. Posted an exit velocity of 77 mph. Ran a 7.23 sixty-yard dash. Excellent student.
