Leif Lynn is a 2029 RHP/OF with a 5-11, 150 lb. frame from Snohomish, WA, who attends Shorewood High School. He is a 7.71 runner in the sixty. On the mound, the right-handed pitcher has an athletic, medium frame and works from the stretch only with clean, repeatable mechanics. The fastball plays well down in the zone, generating ground balls, and he commands both sides of the plate effectively. He mixes in a developing curveball and with the potential to add a consistent changeup, his secondary pitches give him room to expand his arsenal. He has a competitive presence and projects well as he continues to add strength and develop his secondary pitches. In the outfield, he plays with an aggressive approach and fields balls deep and off to the side. His throws are accurate, mostly one-hop, with some carry on well-timed reps. He moves with a unique, stocky profile and shows projection as routes and footwork continue to develop. At the plate, the right-handed hitter has an even base with a flat barrel to shoulder and simple lower-half stride. His hands work in a downhill, handsy path with contact through the middle of the field. He has some bat and hand speed for his level with some line-drive contact when he's on time.
