Primary first baseman, showed the glove on-time and worked through the baseball well. Displayed developing footwork and athleticism in the dirt. Released the ball from a higher slot. Delivered accurate throws across the diamond while recording arm strength up to 70 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher, utilizes a full wind-up delivery from the middle of the rubber with a belt-high leg lift. Breaks the hands at the chest and into a deeper arm path. Releases the ball from a three-quarters slot. Fastball was pretty straight and peaked at 73 mph. Mixed in a curveball with loose spin and early break as well as a well-replicated changeup to mistime hitters. Right-handed hitter, starts in a wider stance with an even hand set-up. Displayed limited lower-half usage in the operation with some present hand speed. Creates extension out in front, impacting the baseball well to the middle of the field when timed up. Projects for more power with additional strength and mechanical refinement. Posted an exit velocity of 73 mph. Ran a 7.87 sixty-yard dash. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
