Luke Albarano is a 2028 OF/2B, SS with a 5-5 120 lb. frame from Ardmore, PA. Young, narrow shouldered frame with a lean build and room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran an 8.39 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, short steps on the approach to the ball and gets low behind it fielding, fields the ball out front, compact arm action, remains tall through release and can implement additional lower half through release, arm strength will continue to develop. Young footwork in actions in the dirt, shows accuracy on throws across the diamond, similar arm action, fields it closer to body, balanced going up the middle. Right-handed hitter, begins with an even base and utilizes a leg lift trigger for timing in the box. Swings with intent and stays short to the ball with hands inside it. Comes off of backside moving into contact well, best when working on a linear path, contact oriented approach. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
