Sebastian Castelo is a 2028 1B/RHP, 3B with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Sahuarita, AZ who attends Sahuarita. Features a larger physical build. Ran a 8.52 60-yd dash. At SS, he showed avg. lateral foot quickness but quality glovework that fielded every GB clean with confidence to the backhand side. Used a shorter AA that worked to a mostly a lower ¾ slot that he manipulated slot on at times. Throws showed avg. strength across for his level. Showed similar actions from first base. Profiles more to a corner position. At the plate, he sits in a wider and slightly open stance. His foot gets down early as his hands load the barrel into a flatter launch. Bat path works more direct with avg. bat speed for his level and some length through contact. Produced line drives to all fields throughout his round. On the mound, he side steps into a belt high knee tuck that gets himself engaged with his backhip. Works in-line with a larger stride. His arm shoots on the back for a longer takeaway and works to release out of a ¾ slot with some above avg. armspeed for his level. His fastball worked up to 75 and mixed in a developing slurvy breaking ball and flashed a fading changeup.
