Bryson Lanford is a 2029 3B/RHP/OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Fountain Inn, SC who attends Fountain Inn. Medium young build with some present strength and size and more to come. Right handed hitter, sets up in an upright and slightly open stance with an early stride into his swing, blocks his front side early with slashing type swing path, took his best swings in the game with multiple hard barrels to left center field 7.16 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, works behind and below the ball and fields it cleanly, short arm action with developing arm strength and accuracy. Also worked out in the outfield with similar arm strength and athleticism. Took a turn on the mound, works from a full wind up with a belt high leg raise and a 3/4's arm slot, simple and repeatable mechanics. Fastball topped out at 76 mph and was thrown for strikes. Change up had some fading life and has some potential. Tended to slow his arm on a soft curveball. Good student.
