Drew Dalton is a 2028 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Camby, IN who attends Decatur Central. Dalton works from a medium athletic build with strength present throughout. Primary IF, showcased natural actions with present lateral range to both sides. Projectable glove work with consistent lower release across the diamond up to 77 mph. Expect arm strength to continue improving for the '28 prospect. On the mound, displayed a crossfire delivery that gave hitters some difficulty in the box. Utilized a FB heavy arsenal up to 79 mph with developing spin in the arsenal. On the offensive end, started from a wider even base with high back elbow. Direct path through the zone with further room to incorporate the lower half and create hip torque. Repeated the stroke well overall, posting an exit velo of 78 mph. Ran a 7.18 sixty yard dash.
