Xavier Brown is a 2028 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-6 165 lb. frame from Rincon, GA who attends Effingham County. Smaller frame. In the outfield, he is methodical in the approach with glove getting down late. Compact through the back of the stroke with three-quarters release. Low flighted throws had little strength but accurate on hops to both bases. Also plays first base. Left-handed hitter, balanced stance slightly closed. Initial move is a small stride in with very rotational swing. Level swing and on time often. Approach geared heavily towards the pullside with limited impact. On the mound, its a full windup with belt high lift. Stabs it straight back out of the glove then accelerates to a three-quarters release. Fastball shows natural arm side run and pairs well with the big slurvy breaking ball. Pitched to contact and got outs. 7.85 60-yard.
