Anthony Mitchell is a 2027 2B/RHP/OF with a 5-7 145 lb. frame from Murrysville, PA who attends Franklin Regional. Recorded a 7.87 60-yard dash. Primary infielder with a compact frame. Moved well in the dirt with good feel. Shorter arm action and threw across with zip. Solid athleticism to actions in the outfield. Uses medium length arm action and displayed good arm strength, recording throws up to 79 mph from the outfield. Left-handed hitter and starts from a medium base with open feet. Good rhythm to operation and gets swing going with a bigger leg lift. Turns over the barrel hard with looseness. Quickness to hands and lifted the ball to both gaps. Secondary right-handed pitcher and begins delivery with a leg lift to waist level. Releases from a 3/4 slot and ran the fastball up to 77 mph. Ability to locate to glove side and mixed in a slurvy breaking ball. Rounded out three-pitch mix with a firm changeup. Named to the 2023 13U/14U Florida Prospect Top Prospect List.
